Yesterday myself, Morwenna, Laura and Rich attended Cannon Hill's 13th birthday and spoke to people about GoodGym as well as repping the red tees. Hopefully this will encoarage more people to join us! We were surrounded by plenty of other running clubs and their flags waving proud.

Laura and Morwenna both cycled to the event, with Morwenna also running in an incredible time. I also volunteered on barcode scanning duties.

It was a lovely morning!
