GoodGym COBS and Run Brum Crew united by Birmingham!
2 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Birmingham.

In spirit of the commonwealth games, and as all three organisations are United By Birmingham 2022 projects, we decided to have a joint group run, running about 7.5k along the canal.
Me and Jim were there representing GoodGym. Once it finished, we retreated to The Rectory for some socialising.
Many of people who were there hadn't met each other before, so it was nice to learn about each other and what the different groups do.
