A fitness session took place last night at the Angel & Crown; whether we were fit enough to sit down for three hours while consuming alcoholic and soft drinks, with added pizza. All succeeded with flying colours. There were also a number of time-trials over a 2-metre distance (to the bar).

Subjects under discussion included (inevitably) working through the lockdown, karaoke, Hackney BadGym, history podcasts v drum & bass, Christmas parties, John being heckled by Ed Byrne, Laura causing a bench collapse - and whatever happened to GoodGym monthly drinks?

The locals were welcoming. One West Ham fan was so happy on hearing his team had won an away match, he offered to buy us all a drink.

Well done to all attendees for their efforts - a Bad Deed will be awarded to each.
