Feedback from the referrer: "I have just spoken to Ms S who was absolutely delighted with the work that Good Gym done. She said the volunteers were 'absolutely marvellous - cutting a tree down and making the space so much better'. She was very appreciative. "

"There is a new GoodGym mission available 0 km from your house". Has Rich signed us up just to get me to do the weeding? Not quite 0 km in the end but a pleasing gentle stroll from home. Little further for Mitch!

We arrived to find a very neat looking garden "oh this'll be easy!", Oh wait it's the back garden. With a minimally effective pointy stick I started on weeding between the slabs while Mitch cut back the hedge.

Eventually when I was, if I'm honest, a little bored on weeding, Mrs S came out to check our progress and tentatively asked if we could "possibly have a go of cutting down that tree in the corner" while offering a saw.

Faster than light I grabbed the saw and started Destroying, and soon the tree was no more! Happy Nikki!

After tidying up and trying to fit it all into the green bin, we bid our grateful host farewell and headed off for a celebratory garden beer :-)
