5 GoodGymers made their way 10.5km to help their local community in Hackney.

5 Epic Hackney GoodGymers ran strong to Springfield park to shovel 2 tonnes of gravel to make the park a safer place!
More brooms allowed us to really make great progress raking away the masses of excess gravel that was incorrectly laid around the beautiful Springfield Park lodge.
Hitting a great brushing, shovelling and tipping rhythm early and maintaining the hot pace through 50 strong minutes of physical graft we filled a Park PB of gravel!!
Before we ran off i to the November night happy with a job well done!!
Look out for the Christmas decorating Community mission next Monday and give me a shout if you fancy coming along to the Christmas Pizza on the 14th of December.
