Seven dedicated Goodgymers left their warm, cosy homes to complete a good deed for their local community on a very chilly evening.

Tabitha, Helen, Lee, Pete and Liz met outside Papagayo in Brrrrent. Liz gave a short intro speech, with the main news being that THE event of the year is happing this Wednesday..... the infamous Brent Christmas party!!! Whoop whoop!!!! This was promptly followed by a short, energetic warm-up.

The group then set off for Christmaswood. We received a warm welcome from Marie and found CJ and Becca to already be hard at work! The task was to clean the bridge. We sprayed the walls with bleach and scrubbed them until they were spotless.

When the task was completed, we paused for a photo shoot with the Christmaswood Christmas cow and sparkling lights. Of course, a final photo was taken of the clean walls, before we began our run back to Brrrent.

After some stretches, we were delighted to find that Papagayo was serving mulled wine. It was very cinnamony! I think we'll need to ci-mony more of those!

Great work team - see you Wednesday!!
