Four Parks and Medical Delivery

A short run to Stratford before getting the DLR down to the Royal Docks.

Had planned to run to deliver the medication but was a large bag so took a nice walk via New Beckton Park and even got to check out some of the trees we helped plant in November 2019 as part of Trees for Cities in Beckton Park.

Once the medication dropped off I planned my route back home with a visit to a park I have passed so many times but never visited Plaistow Park before heading to my favorite park in Newham,West Ham Park.

After an extremely busy week at work,spending most of it in full PPE this was just what i needed.
