Four Elves

Four runners run 4 k to meet the residents at one of our favourite tasks at Abbeyfield care home.We were met by one of the managers who was busy cutting Holly with berries on. we were lead inside and shown to the lounge where the residents where pleased to see us we split up and sat with the residents they where so pleased to see us We where offered a glass of mulled wine which was lovely Marianne Engeli made some Ginger bread and each piece had a letter on which spelled Merry Xmas well done Marianne it was lovely too we where shown the Ginger bread houses each home had made they where so good . We soon run out of time so we wished the residents a Merry Christmas and said we would be back in the new year with a quiz which they all look forward to.
