Tonight we welcomed Catherine and Pinal to their first group run, it's always nice having new members to the group. I get a chance to observe how the group interact with them and tell them all the good things about GoodGym. It's even more rewarding at the end of the group run hearing how much they enjoyed themselves and that they will be back or planning on rearranging their Tuesdays so they can attend group runs.

Following our intro we went outsider for our warm up before heading off towards Tunsall nursery where Jane had been awaiting us, upon our arrival Jane explained what she would like us to do. There was an array of task to keep us busy, but the biggest task was to dig up the raised beds and top up the soil. There was also some tyres for us to fill with soil. We swept and cleared up the surrounding area of old plallets and other unwanted items that Jane had gatthered for us to dump in the bins.

We finished all that Jane had planned with enough time to take a loop around Tunstall as part of our time trial, credit tonight goes to Mo who actually had enough energy in the tank to complete two laps.
