Flushed with Success

A beautiful sunny afternoon for a run to see my coach.......obviously I was not doing a coach run,it was just I had signed up for a mission and it was for my coach 😊

Was lovely to see Mrs P who showed me to the bathroom before going to sit in the front room while I changed over her broken toilet seat,as her bathroom is downstairs we had a lovely chat while I completed the mission.

Just before I finished I messaged Kevin to run to meet me for a run in West Ham Park to add some K’s to our virtual running challenge to celebrate 35 years since The Goonies was released. We have to run 35k in 4 weeks for a brilliant one eyed Willy medal.

Mrs P was happy with the new seat and I was pleased that I got to see her.
