Very lucky not to have any rain! Julia posted about this mini flower bed by the station on Facebook and got some plants donated so had a little cycle to collect them before meeting James at the station.

The first task was to transport more gritty soil from storage onto the bed we made on Friday after tons of litter was scraped off. Once we’ve done that, we planted the flowers including salvia, geranium, rosemary and euphorbia.

James went to fill a watering can, resulting in a bit of a spill that needed to be mopped up 😂

In the meantime Julia put a gritted border and watered.

We tidied everything up. Great little task for Friday 🙌

This is a resident and station led project to create a place that is lovely for locals to walk through with planters full of flowers and everygreens.
