I cycled into town along the A1 to collect a prescription and deliver it to a shielding individual. I had a nice chat to the young assistant chemist who was interested in joining Good Gym. Hope to see him soon. I dropped off the prescription and headed home along the Parkland walk. If you’ve not used it its brilliant saves a lot of Steep gradients.
