2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Silver Road Community Centre in Norwich.

We were instructed to do a stock check by Abby from Silver Parcels Foodbank We were told that this would be a boring job but as usual using the Goodgym mindset we managed to prove Abby wrong and the hour of counting beans and rice flew past! Let's hear it for the silver triangle NR3 💚
