Plogging their way to a Community Mission, Liam and Pauline managed to bag two good deeds before the lunch time bell rang today.

Heading off to Woodside Primary School, the two GoodGymers (and their four legged helpers) were armed with litter pickers and bags, cleaning up their local streets as they went.

once at the school, the heavy work began...kudos to Liam, who had given up half of his one day off work, and managed to separate, dig up and take down five fence panels, single-handedly.

Meanwhile, Pauline cleared a pathway full of bricks, wood and fence posts, to create a clear space for pupils to access their soon-to-be-developed eco garden.

After two and a half hours of tree trimming, fence removing, rubbish shifting and path clearing, the task was complete.

We have been invited back to see how the garden area progresses and hope to help again in the coming weeks, as pupils start to dig over their corner plot and plan their bug hotel.
