Cold snap
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

It was the first Parkrun where as a Marshall you needed your layers, luckily the rain held off till 10am which was a blessing. Lots of tourists and 8 parkwalkers joined us. Goodgymers running today, Bill, Andy( welcome back), Alina , Rosin, Bobby (then he was scanning duty), Susanna and lovely to see Katy park walking.
