Chilly, Windy, Run...🏃🏼‍♂️

5 GoodGymers made their way to help the parkrun - Woking junior parkrun in Woking.

This morning 6 GG Woking Members got out of bed on this cold and windy morning to carry out various volunteering duties at the junior park run. 🥶

Wayne, Maya, Andy, Anne, and Victoria were out on the course cheering and offering support to the 110 runners taking part this morning. Due to the saturated grass the race started slightly different this morning but all 110 runners got off to a flying start.

James who is still recovering from an injury was the tail walker making sure no one was left behind 👏🏻. The fastest time today was an amazing 08:11 and there was 7 PB’s 👏🏻

Anne who is getting ready for the Winter 10k run completed her 5k run this morning and Wayne who is coming back from injury also completed a 5k this morning. 😄

This Wednesday we are meeting in Pirbright where the task is clearing a pathway out side the school, hope to see you all there.
