Cans half full with frozen leaves

Sums up January so far, optimistic what the year will bring...After the school run I litterpicked our every day route because when it's clean it stays clean for a week or so, but as soon as it starts to build up again it does very quickly, as if it's ok to drop litter where there already is litter, maybe some blowing from passing cars lorries but mostly cans and fast food.
