Here's what Ms E of WC1E had to say about the mission:

We spoke to Ms E who said that you both were 'lovely' and you did a 'great job!' She was impressed with how quick you got it done and wanted us to pass on a big thank you!

Ms E of WC1E, mission beneficiary

On a sunny and windy Saturday morning Anne and I met in Central London for the classic light bulb changing mission. As well as a duff light bulb, which proved to be trickier to remove than first thought, there were also some lightshades that needed dusting. Ms E was well-equipped with a step ladder, dusting cloths and a magic eraser which lived up to its name. With Anne up the ladder my job was to hold the torch and with Ms E's assistance point out any bits that might have been missed. A quick mission that brightened up everyone's day.
