Breaking Bag : Christmas episode
1 GoodGymer made their way to help an isolated older person in Islington.

Mr R needed food shopping for Christmas and I got a proper upper body workout as a haul including 12 litres of various liquids is more than the supermarket carrier bags could handle. So one broke on my mile walk half way back. Luckily us GoodGym people are resilient and determined and I made it to delivery with no breakages! A wave and a ‘Merry Christmas’ and off I went.
