This evening at FoodCycle saw 3 Goodgymmers helping out, starting things off was Gill who collected all the food donations- Sainsburys had 3 trolley loads for us which was a result!

Chef Martin was on the cooking team, helping to create a wonderful 3 course meal. To start, it was a warming Leek and Potato Soup, followed by a main course of Moroccan Roasted Vegetables with couscous and salad. Pudding was a genius concoction of Bread and Butter Banana Pudding with plenty of custard, which was very popular!

All our guests left having been fed a hearty meal, with lots of surplus veggies and extras to takeaway. Great job team.
