Brad’s 💯 (101) parkrun

On a sunny, frosty morning 300+ people got up early to celebrate our own Brad Day 💯 (101) parkrun. Running today in Goodgym colours were Brad (of course), Robert O, Bill & Alina, and Simon English. was cheering her partner on, Bobby & I were volunteering. On the first lap round, many an item of apparel were strewn across the finish area. Gloves, hats, layers flew everywhere it wasn’t as cold as we all thought. There were a few PBS today, the bell sounded many times. Well done. Many were recovering from injury and taking it steady today, along with those starting on their Parkrun journey and happy to get round whatever the time. A special well done to them, participating is everything at Parkrun and Goodgym, the benefits to our wellbeing and fitness is of importance to us all. I’m sure you all feel better for it.
