SO loved getting the photos for this training session sent to me.

Great to see some taking part and I never imagined the photos were going to be framed too. Brilliant

So we had a run I am guessing and a cycle it looks like, so we ticked the active boxes.

It looks together and apart too!

AND as for the note well it was no joke .... ermmm actually it was and in keeping with the local Kingston landmark too!

Now I couldn't make the party anyway as I was otherwise engaged but it looked terrific and thank Jane and Jassy for the photos and the humour ; - ) Well done getting active too!!
