Two runners from Good Gym Croydon took the tram to Beckenham Place parkrun. A bright sunny day, the course was a lovely route though the park and around the swimming lake. We were pleasantly surprised to find Karim cheering us on for the final uphill to the finish line! Just the push we needed. Afterwards we headed to the cafe for coffee and iced tea.
