Three good gym members agreed to help out a number of families with special needs children over the school holidays. Without school meals this provided a useful support for the parents. Penny, Harry and Paul separately drove their cars to various addresses all over North London to deliver three or four bags of shopping from the Colindale Foodbank. Everybody was very grateful for the assistance in delivering food.
