Bank holiday Friday shopping

This was my second trip to Ms J, who is self-isolating and needed a few items of shopping. Having mended my running shoes early this morning, I ran 3.5 km there, collected the money, ran 1.5 km to the shop, bought the items on the list and carried them back to Ms J, then ran/walked home. I feel ready to start the day now - it was great to get some early morning exercise. Also nice to see Ms J again, she was grateful for the help. And the repair work held up well!
