I was back at Stratford Old Town Hall helping ActiveNewham. Today I was ensuring 150 bags were ready to dispatched to Newham Dockside so they can be delivered to the homeless who have temporarily been rehoused in hotels in and around Docklands.

Each bags has milk,porridge,weetabix,cereal bars,tea,bread,butter,jam,chocolate brownie and several pieces of fruit.

In addition to these bags that are supplied with a hot meal every day.
