Autumnal weather
2 GoodGymers made their way to help the Catton Park in Norwich.

Catton Parkrun #454 the one where Autumn finally arrived and I worn a coat and hat for the first time. After the rain for yesterday the ground was boggy under foot and Catton Lake had made an appearance. 296 people ran/walked/jogged their way around today. Our very own Susanna was running her 50th Parkrun today, well done, along with other Goodgymers participating today Robert O and Rosin.
