Another ‘grate’ day packed full of food prep.
3 GoodGymers made their way to help the The Felix Project in Tower Hamlets.

Having first tried out being co-driver, today’s session was in the kitchen with the team working to prep and pack nutritious meals made from the food donated to Felix. Brilliant to see the back-end of the operation after having experienced the frontline last time. Will be back for more and share the word far and wide.
