4 GoodGymers made their way to help their local community in Islington.

Our team of Goodgym runners had a great evening out at our weekly running meet up with Achilles International. Each of our participants ran between 5-10km around Green Park and by Buckingham Palace, guiding our VI runners (Naqi, Katy and Tom) around the almost entirely pedestrianised loop.
