A sprouting success
6 GoodGymers made their way 6km to help their local community in Coventry.

This weeks group run involved assisting Food Union at their Allotment.
The runners enjoyed raking and planting various crops. We were in the hands of experienced hosts who passed on their detailed knowledge.
On the run back, we stopped off to try out the climbing wall on our route.
