A big shop this morning for Mr J. As usual, a balance of meat, veg, sweet and breads... hopefully within the boundaries of his diet. Mr J has to manage his diabetes, but is finding it difficult to keep his weight stable, whilst being unable to get out and about as he would normally.

He was looking much brighter today, and was in a positive mood, having had his first vaccination injection this week. His only side effect has been an ache in his arm.

Having been a bit under the weather lately, his model making has been put on hold. For about six weeks, Mr J has had parts delivered for eight models, but has been unable to assemble them.

Hopefully, with the arrival of warmer, brighter, longer days, Mr J will soon feel up to finishing some of his models.
