Mr E has been having problems getting his TV to record the programmes he wants to watch. He also has wireless headphones which he can't connect to his TV. By speaking to Samsung customer support we were able to reset his TV which will hopefully solve his recording problems. Unfortunately, fixing his headphones proved to be beyond the skills of this goodgymmer. He is going to ask his nephew who will hopefully have more luck.
