A model citizen

Second shopping trip of the day was for Mr L...and what a long list it was. Unfortunately, Mr L’s cooker is not working at present, and so he is relying on his microwave for any hot meals. This time it was just a short ride to Asda, but a rather longer and slower trip around the aisles. Once again, the panniers and back pack were filled, and the return ride was a little slower...and all uphill! Mr L was very happy to have his shelves and freezer restocked. We had a chat about how he is coping with shielding. Fortunately, he has a rather interesting and absorbing hobby that keeps him occupied...he builds models. He is currently working on the engine for a model motorbike, which is proving to be a bit tricky, and has already completed a model sports car and an impressive R2D2.
