A medicated walk over an Olympic Legend

Had so many plans for today,visit my coach before heading south for prescription delivery duty.
My coach has had a difficult few days (broken boiler) so we decided no visit but a quick phone chat.
Then one of my prescription had been collected…..decided running on the mod day sun was not the best thing so a quick walk to Stratford before catching DLR to Cyprus….
With medication in hand I head off through UEL and over Sir Steve Redgrave bridge(who knew) to North Woolwich.
Medication delivered to a very grateful Miss P.
A water stop in Royal Victoria Gardens including a glimpse of the Thames and Woolwich Ferry.
