GoodGym + Run + Lunch = GGRunch = Grunch.
Six intrepid Sheffield Grunchers grunched from the Showroom up to the Cholera monument, before tackling The Norfolk Park fartlek hill of hills. Nobody fartleked (something about it being too hot and humid, bla bla bla) - but the potential was there nonetheless.
Super Sarah, Tremendous Tom, Brill Bertha, Kinetic Kathryn, Terrific Tim all ran a good 5k (If not slightly more), led by Sluggish Sam.
