After a day consisting of train travel, running, gardening, cycling and dog walking, my shopping trip for Mr J was a little later than originally planned.

As the sun began to set, I collected his shopping list and headed for Asda. The usual items were selected, apart from a few, where alternatives were selected. Within an hour, I was heading back, bags full and, for only the second time this year, bike lights on, lighting the way.

Having handed over the goods, Mr J and I chatted for a while about dogs (I had on my dog themed leggings πŸ˜πŸ•β€πŸ¦ΊπŸ•πŸ‘), his new haircut πŸ‘΄ (his first since before lockdown), and my recent breakaway to Wales visiting friends πŸ₯°

I was very pleased to see that Mr J had maintained a positive and cheery outlook.
