This week was busy so several tasks have been combined. Thankfully with much less drama than the 1994 British comedy film, I managed to arrange the pick ups and delivery of prescriptions for multiple households in the Marston and Headington area. This ranged from several boxes of baby formula powder for a young family, a trip to Summertown for prescription meds for an elderly lady, medication for a local and very chatty lady nearby who was spending her time in isolation painting and decorating and seemed pleased with the progress and finally several prescriptions for an isolating lady (required a couple of trips) who was very thankful for the help!

The shopping was productive, buying lots of healthy fruit and veg, plus essential nappies, milk and orange juice for a young family nearby in addition to a top up of milk, cereal and something called Coffee-mate (I now know what this is) to keep her ticking over.

Goodgym members Alice and myself also got a mention on the Jack FM Viral Podcast (https://www.jackfm.co.uk/podcasts/viral/) that interviewed local volunteers.
