175 Finishers, 33 Personal Bests, 21 First Timers, 4 Half Marathon Wristbands and 1 Marathon Wristband

It was only Flo this weekend at Cardiff Junior parkrun. Flo is also in the process of becoming a run director for Cardiff Junior parkrun, as all these GoodGym missions have given her pure joy and she now wants to do it in an official capacity.

Flo was barcode scanning, meaning at the end all the juniors would come up to her (or one of the other three scanning volunteers) to have both their personal barcode scanned, and the barcode on their finishing token. She was then also given the bonus job of 'First Timers Briefing', meaning she got to personally introduce and speak to some of the 21 runners who were completely new to the event.

There were 175 finishers! It may not be a course record number of participants, but it is certainly the most Flo has ever seen.

Flo usually forgoes the opportunity to have a pun-tastic title to instead recognise the achievements of all the runners. This week there were:
