1 GoodGymer made their way to help the parkrun - Cardiff juniors in Cardiff.

Flo was volunteering with Cardiff Junior parkrun again. She was marshalling on the 'HS3' spot (the 'home straight' long path that runners both start and end near, in the third furthest away position).
There were lots of achievements today:
142 Finishers, 26 Personal Bests, 16 First-Timers, 3 Half Marathon Wristbands and 1 Ultra Wristband
