Your old shoes can take them further

South African runners from poor communities can’t afford running shoes. Your gently used running shoes can change that.

Do have any running shoes that are used, but not worn out? Do they have some life left in them?

A friend of GoodGym, Clare, is taking part in the world famous Comrades Marathon in South Africa, one of the toughest on earth! She’s had the wonderful idea to take a bag of running shoes with her to pass on to local runners!

This is not a collection of running shoes at the end of their life for recycling.

It’s only a small collection, a maximum of eight pairs of shoes in total from all GoodGym. It’s all Clare can carry! So, one pair of running shoes only from each GoodGymer signing up, please,

Post a comment below to let Harvey know you want to drop off your shoes - only the first 8 pairs are in!!

Harvey will arrange for you to bring your running shoes to a GoodGym Ealing community mission or to arrange a drop off in Hanwell.

Don’t just turn up with your running shoes! And only running shoes that have some life left in them, please,

How are you getting there?
