12:00 - 15:00This mission will help TransitionsUK with their ‘Achieve’ project, which helps young people with mild/moderate learning disabilities develop their independence with the aim that they can successfully live independently.
The second of the Summer activities, this will be a fun packed session and a great opportunity to play some games and hopefully enjoy the sun! This will be instead of this weeks usual evening session. Come on down!
