A merry band of GoodGymers will be taking part in Parkrun this morning (see training session listed) but if you fancy something a little bit more sedate why not volunteer instead?
This is a great opportunity to support parkrun and our fellow runners, and also potentially find some new GoodGym members! If you have a red GoodGym t-shirt, please wear it!
You will need to sign up to volunteer by contacting the Chelmsford Central parkrun team (details here https://www.parkrun.org.uk/chelmsfordcentral/) Parkrun starts at 9am but aim to meet around 8.30am.
