You'll need to run/walk 5K and record it on Strava. Please make sure you follow social distancing guidelines.
I will collate all the results and publish a results table for a bit of light competition.
You'll need to add GoodGym WLS as a club on Strava so I can collate results, or you can email me. Please also share your runs with a photo on the GoodGym WLS facebook and Twitter pages.
This is meant to be fun, and there will be a Most Improved Medal the end of this 'weird time'.
