URGENT Move furniture for Mr R's Hospital Discharge
Would allow for the hospital bed and hoist to be delivered, and then the resident will be allowed to go home.

11:00 - 12:30Barnet Council Prevention and Wellbeing team have referred Mr R. He is due to have a hospital bed and hoist delivered to his home. In order to make space for this, there is furniture that needs to be moved from the living room area to the bedroom.
There are pictures of the living area, and a list of what to move and where below. , and details of a neighbour who has the spare key and can allow access into the property.
Instructions: Patient will be set up in living room on discharge. The hospital bed will need to be placed parallel to the glass door with head of bed where the black/dark grey fabric chair currently is, therefore all furniture in that area will need to be moved. • Please move low black leather chair into bedroom or other end of living room • Please move stripe wooden armchair into bedroom • Please move black/dark grey fabric armchair away from space needed to be cleared but remain in living room • Please move TV and TV unit away from that area and place in front of gramophone at other end of the room. Pt requested to not move the Gramophone please • Please move any other items / furniture which are in the area next to the glass door to make space for hospital bed and hoist. • Please take photos of room / space once clearing has been completed and send to OT's email (which will be provided in the confirmation)
