Mr A needs his home reoraganised so that it is safe for his hospital discharge. Need to switch position of bed and armchair in bedroom so that both armchair and bed can be easily accessed through bedroom door, and that there is more space to move around bed. The bed can be pushed up to the window if possible, if too many other objects in room to manage this, then move it as close to window as possible. The TV should be visible from both armchair and bed in new position.

THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE AT MIDDAY ON MONDAY AS THIS IS THE ONLY TIME TO GET ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY. PLEASE SIGN UP ASAP SO MR A's DISCHARGE CAN BE PLANNED
