Welcome to GoodGym Liverpool
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet every Monday evening to get active and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations and projects across Liverpool.
Most Group Runs will be lead one of our fabulous volunteer qualified Run Leaders, but watch out for ones listed as 'Social Runs' as this means no Run Leader is present but we still go out and run together keeping our 'no one left beind' GoodGym vibe in place!
The Task
Another visit to the Urban Green Up. We'll be working with the project on both the Wapping and Park Lane sites throughout the year so we'll really get to see the progress made as we go along.
This time we get to do some planting!! It's on the Park Lane site and we'll be finishing off the planting of some extra wild flower bulbs to help fill the site out now all our weeding and clearing work there has paid off!
All tools will be provided but please bring your own gloves!
The Run
We'll be meeting at the Suitcases on Hope Street for a warm up and a run (with walk option) to the task. What 3 Words meet up link
It's only a short distance away so we have a run weaving through the streets for aprox 2k
The walkers will also be meeting at Hope Street and setting off straight away while the runners do their warmups!

Liverpool
New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
