Come and join Area Activator and UK Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) Simon for a fun mixed pace training session

Our plan is to meet up at Rotunda Café at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up at approximately 8am.

Our session is as follows:

8 minutes at Tempo pace (70-80% effort), with a faster pace along the "Mudchute" city farm stretch

2 minutes recovery jogging

2 reps total (20 minutes full duration)


Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Rotunda café for refreshments and snacks!
