Come and join Area Activator and UK Coach in Running Fitness (CiRF) Simon for a fun mixed pace training session

Our plan is to meet up outside Ole and Steen, Greenwich at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up in Greenwich Park by 8am.

Our session is as follows:

Kenyan Hills

7.5 minutes running at sustainable steady pace on the "Hospital Hill Loop"

2.5 minutes rest- walking or full rest

x 3

(30 minutes total workout duration)

This session will be on light trail, so shoes with some grip is recommended. If rain is expected, surfaces can be muddy!


Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Ole and Steen for refreshments and delicious cakes!
