Margaret Wright Community Orchard (w3w: return.awards.risk)We will join Abbey People to help tidy the orchard area, cutting back grass and overgrowth around the trees.
A volunteer lead from Abbey People will introduce the task and explain any risks. Gloves and equipment will be provided.
Abbey People support those most at-risk through targeted community projects, provision of general anti-poverty support such as community food provision, supporting access to education and employment, projects to improve the environment, and by developing a culture of volunteering in the community.
