A Little Street Wisdom — A GoodGym Walk with a Difference

Fancy trying something new? Join GoodGymers from across London at a free Street Wisdom “walkshop”, exploring how walking and noticing our surroundings can help us find fresh ideas, clear our heads and connect with others.

This is a social and wellbeing outing, with a chance to discover an approach we might bring into future GoodGym activities.

🚶 What will we do?

The organisers will guide us through short individual walks to help us tune into our surroundings. We’ll then take a longer solo wander, exploring a question or idea, before coming back together to share what we noticed.

No experience needed — just curiosity, comfortable shoes and clothes suited to the weather.

💚 Why join with GoodGym?

Street Wisdom is a nonprofit initiative supported by volunteer hosts. We’ll experience it together and explore whether it could complement our own walks and community activities.

If it appeals, there may be opportunities to become a volunteer host or help arrange a local session. For now, we’re simply going along to take part, meet people and find out more.
